London, U.K. - February 13, 2017 RMS, the world’s leading catastrophe risk modeling company, today announced that two of its global talent acquisition teams have been awarded 2016 Candidate Experience Awards. RMS teams in India and Europe have been named as winners of the Asia-Pacific and EMEA awards respectively.
The awards, presented by Talent Board, celebrate teams that provide an exemplary experience for job applicants, through positive recruiting, hiring and onboarding processes.
Commenting on the APAC award, Mani Mayor, senior talent manager for RMS in India, said: “Winning the APAC Candidate Experience award is a reflection of our strong and seasoned RMS recruitment team, which keeps the candidate’s experience at the center of everything. RMS’ recruitment processes are designed with the applicant in mind and ensure that all candidates, irrespective of whether they are successful, enjoy a fair and transparent process.”
Responding to the EMEA award, Gail Jacobs, senior director of talent acquisition and HR operations at RMS, said: “We are proud to win the EMEA Candidate Experience Award for the fifth year in a row and to be in the ranks of other great companies this year such as Accenture, Facebook, and General Electric. For RMS talent acquisition teams the applicant’s experience is always front and center when we post a role to join the company, and we continually try to refine our processes based on their feedback.”
2016 was a successful year for RMS’ talent acquisition teams, following the North American Candidate Experience Award which RMS won for the sixth year running.
