RMS Talent Acquisition Team Wins 2016 North American Candidate Experience Award

RMS, the world’s leading catastrophe risk management firm, today announced it has been awarded the 2016 North American Candidate Experience Award. The award, won by RMS for the sixth year running, celebrates companies that provide job applicants with exemplary candidate experience. RMS will accept the award during the 2016 North American Awards Gala on November 15, 2016 at the Recruiting Trends Conference in Austin, Texas.
“Winning the North American Candidate Award for the 6th year in a row is a testament to our strong team of recruiters and coordinators who genuinely care about the candidate as a person,” said Gail Jacobs, senior director of Talent Acquisition and HR Operations at RMS. “A successful recruiting strategy involves everyone at RMS who interacts with the candidates. Candidates are evaluating us on everything from the ease in applying to our jobs and scheduling interviews to how comfortable they felt in their presentations and interactions with the interviewers. We are incredibly grateful to have our recruiting methodology recognized year after year.”
Companies presented with the award have consistently received the highest positive ratings from candidates, including those who were unsuccessful in securing a position at the company. Most notably, RMS was recognized as one of two companies among 250 participants who have won for all six years of the awards.
Talent Board is a non-profit organization dedicated to using data benchmarking as a tool for research in quality candidate experience. RMS’s Talent Acquisition team will soon receive their own data, taken from candidate experience surveys, as well as data from the other winning companies, to continue enhancing their hiring process.
