Kocaeli, Turkey and Chi-Chi, Taiwan Earthquake Event Reports

RMS released event reports covering two catastrophic earthquakes in 1999: the August 17 earthquake in Izmit, Turkey and the September 21 earthquake in Chi-Chi, Taiwan. These reports include RMS’ findings from its reconnaissance surveys immediately following the events, and cover the following topics:
