RiskBrowser® Online
RiskBrowser® Online is an on-demand, RMS hosted version of the
RiskBrowser® underwriting system for the U.S. market that offers
insurance carriers with small to medium sized books of business,
wholesale brokers, and managing general agents (MGAs) the benefits of
RiskBrowser in a Web based software-as-a-service delivery model.
RiskSearch®
RiskSearch is designed for decision-makers that need instantaneous
access to information about commercial or residential properties. The
service offers a convenient and secure Internet or dial-up connection to
our site-specific property risk databases including flood zone,
earthquake risk, and hurricane risk information, as well as estimated
loss information. By simply entering an address, subscribers get access
to the data they need within seconds while saving on costs of data
management, geocoding, GIS programming, and software development.
RiskOnline®
RiskOnline is an Internet-based service tracks probabilistic hurricane loss
estimates as storms approach land, providing subscribers with secure,
around-the-clock access to key risk metrics. Approximately every three
hours, RiskOnline automatically updates probability distributions for
U.S. insurance industry losses and for participating companies'
portfolios.
Climetrix®
RMS weather modeling is delivered through the Climetrix application, a
comprehensive, Internet-based solution. Climetrix allows users to
analyze the risk profile of a contract, track its risk at any point in
time, and quantify its correlation and overall risk level within a
portfolio of contracts. In support of this functionality, Climetrix
includes daily feeds of cleaned prior-day temperature data and short and
medium range forecasts.
