The conference will open with the welcome reception on the
evening of Monday, September 21. Conference sessions will
commence Tuesday, September 22 and the conference will conclude

Hotel & Accommodations This 2009 RMS
International Client Conference will be hosted at the five star
Renaissance Chancery Court Hotel conveniently located in Holborn,
at the midpoint where the City meets Covent Garden & the West
End. Set in a historic landmark building, the Chancery Court has comprehensive conference and
meeting facilities, including the elegant Grand Ballroom where
our conference will be held.
RMS has reserved a block of rooms at a special rate of
£195.00/night, single or double occupancy. The guest rooms at
the Chancery Court have high-speed Internet access, workspace,
2-line speakerphone and voice mail. In addition, all public
areas of the Chancery Court have wireless access. Hotel check-in
is at 3:00 pm and check-out is at Noon. The conference room
rates have been guaranteed from Sunday, September 21 through
Wednesday, September 23. There are also limited rooms available
for Thursday, September 24. Rooms must be reserved through the
link below to guarantee the special rate. You will be redirected
