The Fairmont Scottsdale Princess
Located on 450 acres, the Fairmont Princess is
a member of the
Leading Hotels of the World and a AAA Five
Diamond Resort.
The resort is
scenically set against the backdrop of Arizona's McDowell Mountains and
incorporates some of the Southwest's best architecture and landscapes,
creating a unique and relaxing environment for the annual RMS Client
Conference.
RMS has reserved a block of rooms at a special rate of $227.00/night,
single or double occupancy, which is inclusive of gratuities for bell
staff and housekeeping. Children under the age of 18, when accompanied
by an adult and staying in the same room, stay free of charge. Each
third person sharing a room will be charged an additional $30.00 per
night. Hotel check-in is at 4:00pm and and check-out is at noon.

Travel Arrangements
The Fairmont Scottsdale Princess is serviced
by Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport, which is 25 minutes
from the resort. Many major cities offer non-stop flights to
Phoenix. Additional information on ground
transportation from Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport
will be included in your conference confirmation packet.

Weather
Arizona’s climate is warm and arid. In
mid-May, Scottsdale experiences average highs the
low to mid-90s°F (low to mid 30s°C).
Conference Payment
Conference registration includes materials, entrance
to sessions, and meals as indicated in the agenda. Due to vendor
commitments, refunds of the conference registration fee cannot be made
for cancellation after Friday, April 25.
